Trek Experience in Choquequirao 4 Days / 3 Nights four days takes you to the last refuge of the Incas considered as such for all the vestiges that exist in the place, such as ceremonial plazas, warehouses, houses and many agricultural terraces that suggest inhabited by many people who fled of the Spanish conquerors

Day 1: CUSCO – MIRADOR CAPULIYOC – SANTA ROSA

Your Trek Experience in Choquequirao begins early in the morning with hotel pick-up in Cusco at approximately 5:00 am. We travel by private transportation through beautiful Andean landscapes toward the village of Curawasi, where you will have time to enjoy breakfast and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Afterward, we continue driving to the spectacular Capuliyoc Viewpoint, the starting point of the trek. From here, travelers are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the impressive Apurímac Canyon and the surrounding snow-capped mountains. Once ready, the hike begins with a descending trail toward Chiquisca, surrounded by stunning scenery, native vegetation, and the peaceful sounds of nature.

At midday, a delicious freshly prepared lunch awaits in Chiquisca. After a short rest, the trek continues downhill to Playa Rosalinas, where we cross the Apurímac River and begin the uphill section toward Santa Rosa campsite. Day 2: SANTA ROSA – CHOQUEQUIRAO TREK – MARANPATA

Wake up early with a hot cup of coca tea delivered directly to your tent while enjoying the peaceful mountain atmosphere. After a nutritious breakfast, the Trek Experience in Choquequirao continues with a steady uphill hike toward Maranpata, one of the best viewpoints along the route.
