Leading Peru travel is AMAZING
I did loads of research before finding Leading Peru Travel (LPT). I was initally very nervous of spending that money to an unknown travel agency in Peru. I set up calls with Gladys and she quickly build confidence and trust with me. It was my wife's and I 30th wedding anniversary and we wanted an adventure, not your typical holiday. we booked the 16 night tour with them, starting in Peru and ending in Santiago, Chile We booked on and wow. The communications before the trip were excellent but once on the trip were outstanding. Every day we received updates from Gladys re pick up times, itinerary and events. Every guide was brilliant and spoke good English. Due to troubles in la Paz, Bolivia, we had to made some big changes to our programme but LPT sorted it all and really supported us. I think the way LPU work is to oversee the whole trip but then coordinate with local tour guides to deliver each leg of the trip. This worked seamlessly but we did have different tours companies delivering different part of the trip. Again, communications between them all was seamless. One day I left a really important medical item behind but LPT just sorted it and it was back with us the next day. I cannot say enough positive things about LPT. we had an amazing trip and it was all because of their professional approach, greats communications and epic programme. We took a 10 day trip with Leading travel They were so professional from day one of us contacting them Gladys called us and followed up with us regularly and she even video chatted with us to finalize the itenary When we landed in Lima there was a driver and English speaking person to receive us,he had a detailed plan of the activities we had to do next Throughout the trip the guides and car were good The activities were meticulously planned and each day became a memory I was greatly impressed by the knowledge that the guides had and the way they explained each place making the history easy to understand Each guide was compassionate about their work and felt strongly about the place and customs. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable enough with good breakfast The lodge at Tombopata was a lifetime experience,the room was so great that it made one feel special.The food was excellent we had amazing vegetarian meals The cherry best part was that they arranged a cake with my name written on it for my birthday.Much appreciated (just not very happy with the hotel at Machu pichu city) We really appreciate the efforts put in by each member of the travel agency They would promptly reply to our queries if any and were willing to assist us every time I’m impressed by the hospitality and service provided

Great tour with Carlos , enjoyed this wonder of world Machu pichu. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the place Gave us all the information about the citadel based on actual facts and archaeological surveys .Also Visited sacred valley too. I am a solo traveller from Asia. I find Peru Travel's services very helpful. First of all, you can contact their customer representative Gladys via whatsapp or email to exchange some brief ideas about your trip. Gladys will then provide you with a structure of your trip for your consideration. They are receptive to any ideas that you might have to make it truly a tailor-made trip for you. It is noted that, by booking a trip with Peru Travel, instead of joining a continuous tour organised by Peru Travel itself, Peru Travel will help you book various day tours, arrange transportation and reserve hotels. Yet, Peru Travel remains responsible for most of the transit throughout and Gladys remains on top of my entire itinerary; therefore, the trip was very smooth. Even when there were some hiccups, Gladys was always available to answer my queries, which was very helpful and assuring.
