Tour Machupicchu full day

To start the tour to Machu Picchu. You will have to be at least 1 day before in Cusco and confirm some details requested. Cusco is located in the south west of Peru. From Cusco to Machupicchu can be reached by several options: Train the first and easy way to arrive to Machupicchu, the other walking by the ancestral “Inca Trail” in two or four days, and finally by buses departing towards hydroelectric plant and a 3 hour hike. Here the details of visiting by  train:  Pick up from the Hotel  at the time we confirmed the previous day and go  toward the train station to depart to “Aguas Calientes” (2000 m) (Machu Picchu). From Cusco to Aguas Calientes it lasts 4 hours approximately. Arriving at the station Aguas Calientes, our guide will be waiting for you and you will go with him by bus to the Citadel of Machupicchu, to climb 400m of height, by a zigzagging road, 30 minutes until reaching the amazing world wonder “The historical sanctuary of Machupicchu”. Once you arrive to the Citadel of Machu Picchu, begin your guided tour, you will visit the main precincts of the city as: the main square, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar clock, the Royal quarters, the Temple of the three Windows and the cemeteries, the guided tour will be for more than two hours. At the end you will have free time to stroll by the Citadel or also if you want can have lunch in the Santuary Lodge, located next to the Citadel of Machu Picchu, or also have the option of going down to the town of Aguas Calientes where you have a variety of restaurants to take your food. In the afternoon to take the return train to Cusco (be 30 minutes before to the train station), once you reach the train station will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
