Experiência única, assistência nota mil Eu e minha mãe estivemos no Perú em novembro/2022 e fizemos todos os nossos passeios com a Leading Perú Travel e foi sensacional! Tudo muito organizado, confortável, pontual, atenção e assistência nota mil! Na verdade, foi a segunda vez que estive no Perú e da primeira vez, em 2017, também, foi com a Leading Perú. Excelente experiência e todos nos acolhem como verdadeiros amigos e realmente desejam que nossa viagem seja a mais perfeita possível! E o povo peruano de modo geral, além de muito educado, também, já tem a característica natural de ser carinhoso. Julio, sem dúvidas, será para sempre o meu agente de viagem todas as vezes que eu for ao Perú e, certamente, é quem eu vou indicar e recomendar para todos os meus amigos e pessoas que desejarem ir ao Perú! Viagem inesquecível Fizemos vários passeios pelo Vale Sagrado, Cusco e Machu Picchu guiados pelo Júlio. Ele tem muito conhecimento da história e de todos os locais visitados e foi muito atencioso. Todo o roteiro muito organizado e correto. Recomendamos ☺️

Machu picchu Julio nos guiou até Ollantaytambo e Machu Picchu. Foi muito gentil, discreto, pontual e sabe muito sobre a história dos Incas. Foi uma ótima companhia.

Séjour de trois semaines du Nord au Sud ,découverte des sites de Chavin aux Incas Voyage sur mesure superbe dans un pays fabuleux , l’agence a été attentive à tous nos désirs ,toujours prête à trouver les solutions en cas d’incident ( annulation d’avions... ) guides ,chauffeurs et hôtel de qualité. An agency very close to the client We travelled as family and we found that we were treated more like friends rather than customer. Already from the start we could talk, ask lots of questions, change the plan, Gladys would always reply immediately, politely without being annoyed and trust me I ask LOTS of questions; but still perfect answer and we also skype in order to go faster and even more precise. Once that was done, in Peru it was the same, sometimes we had to change something or add places to the program because I've discovered a "must see"; again no annoyance from them, they were happy to add things in our program. Therefore for me it is a perfect agency. My criteria are simple if you are on holidays and you feel pressured by the agency then it is not holidays. With Leading Peru this will never happen, holidays are really holidays, just let them drive you they are excellente

Day trip to Machu Picchu We used Leading Peru for the one day trip to Machu Picchu. We extended this a bit by staying in Aguas Calientes for one night. They were really accommodating about this and the only extra cost is whatever your hotel charges (and you can find your own / make it as inexpensive as you'd like). They are really responsive and attentive to these kinds of changes. The whole process went pretty well. They came and visited us at our hotel in Cusco the night before we were set to leave to give us all of our tickets and explain the procedures for the next day. The organizer and driver were both really awesome -- knowledgable and very kind. On the actual day, everything went fairly well. There were people set up at each sort of check point shouting our name so we knew to go to them. They kind of drive you to the train, put you on the train, get you from the train to the bus, and get you off the bus. The rest is on your own. The only hiccup was our tour guide was not there when we got off on the bus at Machu Picchu. The Spanish speaking tour guide was there though (and, from what I gathered, the English speaking tour guide who was supposed to meet us there was late -- the Spanish speaking tour guide was kind of reprimanding him on the phone), and he was able to link us up with another English speaking group. I am not totally sure how this transaction occurred. It seems like Leading Peru hooks you up with a bunch of contracted workers rather than employing full time people themselves (though I think this is also what keeps the price very low). So, I don't totally understand how we were kind of pawned off / connected with another tour group (it had a different name and everything), but it happened and we were glad that it did. Once we were with the English speaking tour guide from another agency (I think), everything was really great and he was a good tour guide. Other than that little misstep, everything went really well!
